# Setting Report Options

You set Report options or schedule a Report with presets to send the Report to your Organization.

<summary>Name</summary>

This field lets you create a name for the Report.

<summary>Type</summary>

This field lets you choose from the following types of Reports:

* All projects Summary
* Project Summary
* Role Summary
* User Summary

<summary>Date</summary>

This field allows you to select the time period the Report will pull information from on a Project.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Schedule Report</summary>

You can schedule a Report to run based on the following increments:

* Every Day
* Every Week
* Every Month
* Custom

You can also set a specific time within these choices for the Report to run.

A toggle option that lets you email the Report to any Users within the Organization.

## Schedule Report - Custom Options

When scheduling a Report, the "Custom" option in the dropdown menu allows you to set specific parameters for the timing of your Report schedule. Below are explanations of the different scheduling criteria.

### Frequency

In this drop-down select from the following frequencies to run a report:

* Daily - choose from every weekday, other day, third day, fourth day, & fifth day to run a Report.
* Weekly - Input the # of weeks to run the Report for, and the day of the week to start each time.
* Monthly - Input the # of months to run the Report. This can be done each month on a specific calendar date, or the first, second, fourth, fifth, and last of each weekday.
* Yearly - Input the # of years to run the Report. This can be done each year on a specific month, & a schedule ranging from the first, second, fourth, fifth, and last of each weekday.
