# Editing Shared Steps

### Want to change something in a shared step? Follow these simple steps to make your updates effortlessly.

<summary>Step 1: Go to list of Shared Steps and click on kebob icon - there you can find edit</summary>

The window on the right side will open

If needed, you can add new steps by clicking the “+” button.

Click “Save” to apply the changes, or “Cancel” to decline and close the window.

You can now edit your Shared Steps whenever you want! If you are sure you do not need a Shared Step, you can delete it instead of archiving it. Click "Next" to learn how.
