# Inviting A User

Want to invite a new user? Click the “Invite User” button and follow the steps below.

Step 1: Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite in the Email field.

* [x] “Apply the scope of rights of an existing user” to copy the rights from an existing user to the new users.

Step 2: Assign a **Role** to the new user.

Step 3: Specify the P**roject** the new user will participate in.

Step 4: Add **Tags** to the user account for easy navigation.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure about the user’s Role, Project, or Tags – you can easily update these details later on their account page.
