# Admin

Locate and click the pencil icon next to the custom field you want to edit. This icon represents the editing function.

<summary>Step 2: Edit the Template</summary>

Edit your template by modifying custom fields, including their names and data types. You can also delete existing fields or add new custom fields as needed.

Click the "Save" button to apply your changes and finalize the template creation or edits.

Users other than Admins are usually restricted in what they can edit in the Organization. This is shown on the upcoming page. Click "Next" to see the difference.
