Deleting Shared Steps

When you no longer need a Shared Step and will not need it in the future, you can delete it at anytime using these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to list of Shared Steps and click on kebob icon - there you can find delete

Shared Steps that are deleted can only be recovered by an Admin using the Audit Log Recovery feature.

Step 2: Confirm deletion

A confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete the Shared Step. Confirm your choice.

Step 3: Update the list

After confirmation, the list will update to reflect the deletion. You may quickly undo the deletion by clicking "Undo" on the toaster popup.
