# Closing & Opening Milestones

## Closing Milestones

<summary>Step 1: Select a Milestone from the table view and click "Close"</summary>

In the Milestones tab of your Project click on the "Open" button and click on the kebob icon for the Milestone you wish to re-open. Next, click "Close"

<summary>Step 2: Confirm the Closing of a Milestone</summary>

A notification will appear asking you to confirm your choices. Click "Close milestone" to continue, otherwise click "Cancel" to go back.\

A confirmation toaster will appear on the bottom right of your screen telling you the Milestone has been Closed.

## Opening Milestones

In the Milestones tab of your Project click on the "Closed" button and click on the kebob icon for the Milestone you wish to re-open. Next, click "Re-open"\

The Closed Milestone will reappear in the open Table View of Milestones.

Now that you know what Milestones are and how to change their status, we will explain how to create a new Milestone. Click "Next"
