# How to Unarchive?
On this page, you can view and manage shared steps that have been archived. Use this section to restore steps to the active list, ensuring you have access to all relevant steps when needed.
## Unarchive a single shared step
Step 1: Go to list of Shared Steps and click on kebob icon - there you can find edit
A window will appear on the right side.
Step 2: Click on Unarchive
A small menu will appear with three options. Click on "Unarchive" to restore it to the active list.
## Unarchive multiple shared steps
Step 1: Select the Shared Steps
Use the checkboxes to select the multiple shared steps you want to unarchive.
Step 2: Unarchive the Selected Steps
Choose the "Unarchive" option on the bottom side of the page.
Step 3: Update the List
After unarchiving, the list will refresh to show the shared steps that have been moved back to the active list.
You can now Unarchive Shared Steps! Cannot find a Shared Step for your specific needs? You can create a new Shared Step for your Organization at anytime. Click "Next" to learn how.
