An editing window will open where you can modify the field’s name, data type, or add new data types.

After making your desired changes, click the "Save" button to apply the updates. This will update the custom field with your new settings.

Regular Organization users are restricted from editing Custom Fields. Click "Next" to see an example on how they are restricted.
